This extension of The Locks development sits adjacent to the adaptive reuse portion of the project downtown. Though the site appears a challenge with traffic flow issues and demand for commercial space on Hull Street, Fountainhead was able to get the project up off the ground signing on C&F Bank as the anchor tenant to add to the downtown mix. The luxury apartments are designed to have riverfront views and the tower includes nine penthouse apartments. This new addition to the skyline is slated for completion in 2019.
