Bringing modern design to historic riverfront
South Falls is a new-construction development in Richmond’s Southside neighborhood of Manchester. With a height of 14 stories (and a rooftop pool), South Falls accentuates the riverfront and reflects the downtown skyline from across the water. Fountainhead secured rezoning for the property and struck a deal with city leaders to replace an access-road bridge over Manchester Canal, and paid for reconstruction of connector roads on the site. South Falls was completed in 2021.
