Bringing modern design to historic warehouses

The South Falls development is a new-construction development in Richmond’s Southside neighborhood of Manchester. With a height of fourteen stories (and a rooftop pool), South Falls I will accentuate the riverfront and reflect the downtown skyline from across the water. Fountainhead secured rezoning for the property and struck a deal with city leaders to replace an access-road bridge over Manchester Canal, as well as pay for reconstruction of connector roads on the site. Completion is scheduled for 2020.

South Falls II and South Falls East are in planning stages across from its companion tower. These properties will exemplify outdoor living in the urban environment along the canal, and incorporate a bike path. The South Falls buildings are modernist in design, an aesthetically contrasting measure to complement the surrounding historic warehouses of the neighborhood.
